What is Bethlehem Live?
A living Nativity you walk through. Our church turns its grounds into the little town of Bethlehem, with townspeople at work, Roman guards at the gate, angels, shepherds and the manger, all in costume and in character.
Is it outdoors?
Yes. The whole village is outside after dark, so dress for a December evening in Georgia and wear shoes that can handle grass.
Is it good for kids?
It's made for them. Every child gets a passport from the Wise Men and can collect nine stamps at the stalls along the way.
How long does the walk take?
You set the pace. Come any time between 6 and 8 PM and stay at each scene as long as you like.
What happens at the end?
The route finishes at the Taberna. Look for the candy cane, show your stamped passport for a gift and enjoy refreshments.
Who puts it on?
The Adairsville Seventh-day Adventist Church family. The kids' passports are made possible by AdventHealth.
